Refund policy

ALYMWNDW Refund, Exchange, Resizing, and Repair Policy

Eligibility: Full refunds are available within 3 days of purchase, provided the item is returned in its original, undamaged condition.
Requirements: All original product packaging, including boxes, manuals, warranty cards, and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal, must be returned in perfect condition. Items that are missing documentation, or are damaged or altered after delivery, will not be eligible for a refund.
Exclusions: Engraved, embossed, personalized, special order, or made-to-order creations, as well as any items showing signs of wear, cannot be exchanged or returned.
Process: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method, excluding delivery charges. In cases where the product is not in its original condition, a deduction will be applied based on an assessment by ALYMWNDW management.
Approval: All refunds are subject to final approval by ALYMWNDW management.
Timeline: Depending on your bank or card issuer, refunds may take up to 10 working days to appear in your account.

Eligibility: Exchanges are available within 14 days of purchase at the full invoice value, provided the item is in its original, undamaged condition.
After 14 Days: From the 15th day up to 3 months, a 20% deduction will apply to the invoice value .
after 3 months up to 1 year 30% deduction will be apply to the invoice value .
Process: For any exchanges, please contact the ALYMWNDW Customer Care Center directly.

Process: To initiate a repair, complete the return order form and follow the instructions under the “RETURNS” section.
Exclusions: Please do not include complementary items, such as gift boxes or certificates, as they will not be returned with your item.
Timeline: Repairs generally take 7-10 business days to complete, depending on the product.
